Reviews for Cathe Friedrich's Cross Train Xpress (6 exercises on 2 DVDs) (DVD) I'm a huge fan of Cathe Friedrich first of all because of her many efficient exercise dvd's, but the Cross Train Xpress collection is ideal for someone (like myself) who likes a selection of workouts to stave off boredom in addition to preserve my physique burning energy efficiently. Although these workouts are round an hour every, they are not straightforward with the help of any means!
